When I think cheddar, this is the flavor I expect! Its great sliced up and served with fresh cut apples and pears.
Its also good melted on top of tortilla chips and salsa, or grated into scrambled eggs! YUM!
I adore this cheese, and I most recently used it shredded on top of the Dedication Casserole recipe from Magnolia Table Cookbook (Volume 1). It was amazing and makes recipes that much more special. Or just eaten plain for pure bliss as well.
