CHEDDAR AGED 2+ YEARS | RAW COW MILK | 8 OZ. WAXED BLOCK
Hunter, our sharpest cheese, won’t waste your time. It’s the cheese that wants you to grasp the essence of what sharp cheddar means—with your soul. As the lactose content decreases during the two-year aging process, crystallization occurs, which makes its consistency more brittle to the bite. The result is a robust, mature, ivory-hued, no-nonsense sharp Vermont cheddar that would wear a plaid flannel shirt, chop your wood and build you a fire if it could.

I love this cheese

This cheese is delicious, and even in gourmet-happy Berkeley CA cheddar this good is hard to come by. So I order it online where it’s easy, fast, and eco-friendly.

Super flavor!

The Hunter is dependable and the one we buy double to make sure we always have an extra brick to give as a gift.

Crack cheddar

Yes we call this crack cheddar here, cause we’re addicted! So good, I bought 2. Sharp, great texture and creamy finish.

All of the Plymouth Cheeses are delicious

I enjoy this Hunter cheese a lot but my absolute favorite is Farmer Fred's which has an English-style buttery lightness that is hard to find.
