Garlic Peppercorn is inspired by the flair and finesse of the French kitchen, with its proud and vivacious character and the savory elements of onion, garlic, red peppers—and of course, green peppercorns. The poir vert tradition holds strong in France, where chefs bow to this verdant variety of the peppercorn, which shows up in sauces as well as in cheese. This raw cheddar is marbled, which makes it (much like the French) as pretty as it is complex. It is aged for sixty days, yielding an upbeat and creamy granular curd cheese that tastes like a whole dinner in just one bite.

Perfect Cheddar
This is the best cheese ever! I love the balance of garlic and peppercorn flavor.

Best Cheese!!
The garlic pepper corn is wonderful. Not overpowering. Just the right amount of flavor added to their amazing cheddar. I had also ordered 4 blocks of the East Meadow (my personal favorite). This mild cheddar is rich and buttery. I keep a block on the counter on a board under a glass dome. This keeps it at room temperature so the flavor comes out. As I’ve said many times before, if ya love cheese, ya gotta try Plymouth Cheese. It’s really good.

Delicious!
I received a block of this delicious cheese in a Christmas gift basket from Winston Flowers in Newton, MA. I went on your website and ordered several more blocks of this cheese as well as the Black Truffle cheese which was also delicious. I plan on reordering when I run out.


Great Cheese
This cheese was very good as far as the cheese part goes. The garlic flavor was not there for me. Garlic is always the part I need to be there but it could be that I'd never find one strong enough. The 3 stars were for that only.
