WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? 

As we send everything perishable for expedited delivery, shipping is one of our biggest expenses. We do our best to absorb some of these costs and keep the price to you as low as possible. To do this, we have implemented a new flat rate shipping model:

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $75.
  • All orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $20.

HOW ARE YOUR CHEESES SHIPPED?

Our cheese are shipped via FedEx for expedited arrival. The cheese/perishables are packed in an insulated pouch, with a minimum of one ice pack to keep it cool during its journey to you. 

ONCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE CHEESE?

For quality reasons, we only ship (via FedEx) Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 days of transit time, depending on the season.
